The Gallery Foundation invites you to our Canvas Canapes & Cocktails with special guest Jennifer Keeler-Milne who will present an Artist Talk on this balmy summer evening.

Preview her new exhibition Close Focus, enjoy canapes, cool refreshments, delicious finger food, music and raffles as well as have a lot of fun.

Jennifer’s stunning painting Jacaranda Mimosifolia that the Foundation is aiming to purchase will be unveiled on the night. Everyone is invited to the launch of our fundraising for this fabulous Jacaranda painting. 

“Raising funds for the development of the Grafton Regional Gallery Collection is the main focus of the Gallery Foundation now the refurbishment of the gallery is complete. Jennifer’s beautiful painting featuring our Jacarandas is just perfect,” said Rod Watters, Chair of The Gallery Foundation.

Jennifer Keeler-Milne will be travelling from her studio in Sydney to present her Artist Talk about her arts practice with a focus on Jacacaranda Mimosifolia. You may have seen Jennifer’s entries in Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award. She is widely collected in Australia and internationally.

Simply coming to our event will support our fundraising. Your ticket includes a drink on arrival, finger foods from Vines at 139 and sweet finishes by Nicholson Fine Foods.

A big raffle will be in play and a pay bar with cold Coopers Beers, fine wines and refreshing drinks will be operating.
